CHEF PEARL

 

A native of North-Eastern Thailand, grew up with a love of good food embedded in her soul. The former Miss Thailand developed a deep passion about experimenting with the best ingredients found around the world. She infuses these flavors to create unique yet authentic traits found in every dish. Her creativity in food styling is incredible as she preaches “You eat with your eyes first”.

Trained in classic French Cooking at Le Cordon Bleu, London and French Culinary Institute in LA and NYC; Chef Pearl adds unique flavor and spice to each cuisine.

 

While working as a Private Chef for a celebrity clientele in NYC, LA and abroad, Chef Pearl has made frequent appearances on TV for FOX 5 News, NY 1 and PIX II News and was featured as A Rising Star Young Chef.

Chef Pearl teaches Thai, Asian, European, American, Polynesian, and Fusion cooking at Sur La Table in Nanuet, NY.  She visits new countries for culinary inspiration and to returns with authentic ingredients utilized in her classes.
